摘  要
本设计包括三个部分:一般设计部分、专题设计部分和翻译部分。
一般部分为谢桥煤矿1.8 Mt/a的新井设计。谢桥煤矿位于安徽省淮南市境内,交通便利。井田走向(东西)长平均约7.43 km,倾向(南北)长平均约2.74 km,井田水平面积为17.16 km2。主采煤层一层,即8号煤层,平均倾角12°,煤层平均厚度4.25 m,井田地质条件简单。矿井工业储量227.49 Mt,可采储量154.59 Mt,服务年限为66.06 a。矿井正常涌水量136 m3/h,最大涌水量178 m3/h;矿井相对瓦斯涌出量4.84 m3/min,为低瓦斯矿井。
根据井田地质条件,提出四个技术上可行开拓方案。方案一:立井两水平直接延深上下山开拓;方案二:立井两水平暗斜井延深上下山开拓;方案三:立井三水平直接延深上山开拓;方案四:立井三水平暗斜井延深上山开拓。通过技术经济比较,最终确定方案二为最优方案。矿井采用立井两水平暗斜井延深上下山开拓方式,将主采煤层划分为两个水平,一水平标高-665 m,阶段斜长1400 m,阶段垂高285 m,二水平标高-990 m,阶段斜长890 m,阶段垂高225 m。
设计首采区西二采区采用采区准备方式,工作面长度200 m,采用一次采全高采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“三八”制作业,两班半生产,半班检修。生产班每班2个循环,日进5个循环,循环进尺0.6 m,日产量3288.85 t。
大巷采用带式输送机运煤,辅助运输采用1.5 t固定箱式矿车。主井装备一对16 t箕斗提煤,副井装备一对1.5 t双层四车罐笼担负辅助运输任务。矿井采用两翼对角式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量7507.68 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力2590.65 Pa,风阻0.465 N•s2/m8,等积孔2.93 m2,矿井通风容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井总风量7507.68 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力2877.87 Pa,风阻0.184 N•s2/m8,等积孔2.77 m2,矿井通风容易。设计矿井的吨煤成本65.20 元/t。
专题部分主要对我国一些煤矿断层破碎带的岩巷支护方法进行了综述,同时对巷道支护方式进行了简要的分类。
翻译部分的文章取自“analysis of in situ rock bolt loading status”。

ABSTRACT
This design can be divided into three sections: general design, monographic study and translation of an academic paper.
The general design is about a 1.8 Mt/a new underground mine design of Xieqiao coal mine. Xieqiao coal mine lies in Huainan, Anhui province. the traffic of road and railway is very convenience to zhe mine. It’s about 7.43 km on the strike and 2.74 km on the dip,with the 17.16 km2 total horizontal area. The minable coal seam of this mine is only 8 with an average thickness of 4.25 m and an average dip of 12°. The geological condition of the mine is relatively simple. The proved reserves of this coal mine are 227.49 Mt and the minable reserves are 154.59 Mt, with a mine life of 66.06 a. The normal mine inflow is 136 m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 178 m3/h.the relative gas emission rate of the mine is 4.84 m3/min,and it is low gaseous mine.
Based on the geological condition of the mine, I bring forward four available project in technology. The first is vertical shaft development with two mining levels and vertical shaft deepening; the second is vertical shaft development with two mining levels and inclined shaft deepening; The third is vertical shaft development with three mining levels and vertical shaft deepening; the fourth is vertical shaft development with three mining levels and inclined shaft deepening. The second project is the best comparing with other three project in technology and economy. The workable coal seam is divided into two mining levels. The first level is at -665 m,inclined lenth of horizon is 1400 m,and horizon interval is 285 m. The second level is at -990 m, inclined lenth of horizon is 890 m,and horizon interval is 225 m.
The west two mining district of designed first mining district makes use of the method of preparation in mining area, the length of working face is 220 m, which uses fully-mechanized coal mining technology, and fully caving method to deal with goaf. The working system is “three-eight”,with two and half teams mining, and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes five working cycle, with six working cycle everyday. Advance of working cycle is 0.6 m, and quantity of 3288.85 ton coal is maked everyday.
Main roadway makes use of belt conveyor to transport coal resource, and mine car to be assistant transport. Main shaft makes use of skip to transport coal resource, when subsidiary shaft makes use of cage to be assistant transport.The mine makes use of diagonal-type wings ventilation method. At the easy time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is 7507.68 m3 per minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 2590.65 Pa, the coefficient of resistance is 0.465 N•s2/m8, equivalent orifice is 2.93 m2,the mine ventilation is easy. At the difficult time of mine ventilation, the total air quantity is about 7507.68 m3 per minute, the total mine ventilation resistance is 2877.87 Pa, the coefficient of resistance is 0.184 N•s2/m8, equivalent orifice is 2.77 m2, the mine ventilation is easy. The cost of the designed mine is 65.20 yuan per ton.
The special subject part is mainly discussing the broken rock roadway support methods of some china's coals, and ways of roadway support the classification in a brief.
