滚筒式谷物烘干机设计
摘 要：滚筒式谷物烘干机是对流传热连续干燥方式作业的一种干燥机，它广泛地被用来作为谷物干燥、草籽干燥以及草粉干燥。滚筒干燥机的特点是以滚筒作为干燥室，在滚筒内壁设有抄板，谷物在滚筒内的移动主要依靠谷物自身的重力进行移动，抄板起在干燥过程中对谷物有一个翻炒作用，谷物在滚筒内受到抄板的作用不断被抄起又落下而不断地翻动，使谷物颗粒能与干燥热风有最大的接触面积，使得谷物在其中受热均匀，从而让谷物得到较为均匀的干燥，保证快干燥的品质；同时抄板还对滚筒内的谷物具有一定的引流输导作用，方便谷物干燥后的自主卸料。

The Design on Drum-type Grain Drying Machine
Abstract:Drum-type grain drying machine is a dryer work in the way of convective heat transferring and continuous drying , it is widely used as a dryer of grain ,seed and grass meal. The characteristics of the drum drying machine is using roller as the dry room, a shovelling plate is installed in the inwall of the roller, and the movement of the grain in the roller mainly relies on its own gravity grain, the shovelling plate works as a stirrer to the grain in drying process, grain is constantly stirred up and down, and constantly flipping by the shovelling plate in the roller,this movement makes the grain particles and the dry hot wind has the largest contact area, let the grain be heated evenly, and ensure the rapid-drying quality; At the same time , the shovelling plate also has a leading and transmitting function to the grain, makes the independent unloading of the grain after drying more convenient.
