郑州市某住宅楼中央空调工程设计

二、设计资料
郑州市某高层住宅楼由中国建筑技术开发总公司设计,其总建筑面积约为35000m2,高65.8m,层高5m,地上二十层,地下二层。地下室为车库,地下一层4.2m,地下二层3.7m;1~2层为裙房用作商场,层高3m;3~19层为住宅,层高3m;20层为设备架空层,层高1.8m;屋顶为平屋顶,设飘板,作为机房层。

三、设计任务
对此建筑作中央空调系统(水系统、风系统)设计,要求通过分析比较确定系统形式。各层作防排烟设计,地下层作排风设计,卫生间作排风设计。

摘要:
该论文为华北水利水电学院2000级环境工程系建筑环境与设备工程专业毕业设计论文。其主要任务是对郑州某高层住宅楼建筑作中央空调系统(水系统、风系统设计),各层作防排烟设计,地下层作排风及防排烟设计。
该住宅楼的工程概况为:总建筑面积约35000m2,高62.8m, 地上二十层,地下二层为车库,地上1~2层为裙房用作商场,层高5m。3~19层为住宅层,层高3m。20层为设备层,屋顶作为机房层。
本文通过经济技术比较,对一、二层商场作全空气中央空调系统,对住宅楼作空气――水风机盘管中央空调系统。并具体介绍了单风管集中式全空气空调系统的特点及对商场的适应性。
该文对商场的新风负荷、冷热负荷和湿负荷作了细致精确的计算,为空调机组、风口等设计的选型及风道的布置提供了充分而准确的依据。

  That thesis is the North China Institute of Water Conservancy & Hydrau- electricity Power 2000 class environment engineering department building environments & equipments engineering graduate with profession to designing.
Its main mission is to make the central air condition system( the system of water, breeze system design) to the some high residences floor building in the state of Zhengzhou, each layer makes to defend to line up the smoke designs, the underground layer makes to line up the breeze and defend to line up the smoke design.
The engineering general situation of the residence's floor is: Total building area roughly 35000 m2, high 62.8 m, on the ground 20 layer, underground two layers are garages, on the ground 1 ~ 2 layers used to the market for the building of skirt building , story high 5 m.3 ~ 19 layers are residences layer, story high 3 m.20 layers are equipments layer, roof conduct are actions engine room layer.
