摘    要
本毕业设计工程为河南职工医学院附属医院门诊楼设计方案十,建筑面积为6415.20 ,主体建筑层数为五层,采用框架结构地震设防烈度为7度,场地为二类。
设计的方法是在确定框架布局之后,先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出自震周期,进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小,进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力);接着计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力,找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。
本毕业设计主要完成下列内容:
选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图;此外还进行了结构方案中的室内楼梯的设计。完成了平台板,梯段板,平台梁等构件的内力和配筋计算及施工图绘制。
首先,本文将概述力的传递过程,即荷载的传递过程,过程为荷载传递给板,板传递给梁,梁传递给柱,柱传递给基础。
其次,本文将详细阐述内力计算需考虑的四种荷载作用,四种荷载的作用为水平地震荷载作用下的内力,竖向恒载作用下的内力,重力荷载设计值作用下的内力及风荷载作用下的内力。
最后,本文详细阐述楼梯、柱、楼板、基础的配筋。
本次设计共完成建筑图纸9张,结构图纸7张,计算书73页。
结论;此设计选用常用的框架结构形式,通过本次毕业设计使我对所学的专业知识能够有机的结合起来,达到融会贯通;同时还对框架结构的荷载传递路径,内力计算、组合以及构件截面配筋,楼梯、基础设计等进行了系统研究和掌握,为以后参加工作,更好的运用所学的知识提供了很大的帮助。

Abstract                                                                                                                                                                                                          
The engeering project in the project for graduation is The Seventh Design Proposal For Henan Staff Medical School Affiliated Hospital Outpatient Service Building.The architecture area is 7000 ,and the main body of the building is five stories. The building adopts frame structure , and earthquake resistance design is 7, and the location is the kind ofⅡ
When the directions of the frames is determined, firstly the weight of each floor is calculated .Then the vibrate cycle is calculated by utilizing the peak-displacement method, then making the amount of the horizontal seismic force can be got by way of the bottom-shear force method. The seismic force can be assigned according to the shearing stiffness of the frames of the different axis. Then the internal force (bending moment, shearing force and axial force ) in the structure under the horizontal loads can be easily calculated.          
 The design project for graduation will finish the following contents:
After the determination of the internal force under the dead and live loads, the combination of internal force can be made by using the Excel software, whose purpose is to find one or several sets of the most adverse internal force of the wall limbs and the      coterminous girders, which will be the basis of protracting the reinforcing drawings of the components. The design of the stairs is also be approached by calculating the internal force and reinforcing such components as landing slab, step board and landing girder whose shop drawings are completed in the end.
First, this article will outline the strength the transmissionprocess, namely the load transmission process, the process willtransmit for the load gives the board, the board transmits givesLiang, Liang transmits gives the column, the column transmits for thefoundation
Next, this article in detail elaborated the endogenic forcecomputation must consider four kind of loads functions, four kind ofloads functions for horizontal earthquake load function underendogenic force, under vertical dead load function endogenic force,under under gravity load design value function endogenic force andwind load function endogenic force
Finally, the standard wants in detail to elaborate the staircase, thecolumn, the floor, the foundation match the muscle. Construction drawings design phase: According to described above result of calculation, come, confirm component assign with component mixing muscling and coming, confirming structural structure measuring of component according to the request of norm finally.This design including 9construction blueprint ,7 structure blueprint, the account book 73pages.
This.design selects the commonly used portal frame construction form, through this graduation project which studies the organic union enables me to the specialized knowledge,achieved achieves mastery through a comprehensive study of a subject; Meanwhile it let me to know the portal frame construction load transmission way, the endogenic force computation , the component section matched the muscle, the staircase and the foundation design and so on.It let me grasping the system research which will provided the very big help  when me start the work.
