点钞盒底座注射模具设计
摘 要：本文是一个关于点钞盒底座注射模具的结构设计，鉴于其模塑制件的使用寿命及性能要求，本设计主要从模具制造结构简单及模具制造成本最低等出发，制品材料选用质优价廉的低密度聚乙烯材料。其制品可采用注塑成型。点钞盒底座的难点在于让点钞盒底座在分型时处于动模一端及底部连接孔成型问题，还有塑件在合模时如何保证合模的精度。该模具采用了手动嵌件设计解决中间连接孔成型的问题。设计适当的脱模斜度让底座留在动模一侧。

Abstract: This design is about an article named money-counted case base, which can be manufactured by injection molding. Considering the life span and the properties’requirements of the molded part, it’s advisable to design the mold construction in the way of simplicity and the low cost, so it is easy to choose low density polyethylene (LDPE). The problem is how to let the article be in the moving platen and the base connecting caves in molded by manual attached part, as well as how to ensure the accuracy of joining the two molds. Most , the appropriate decline of it is left in the part of the moving platen.
