摘要:
本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。
一般部分是杨庄矿120万吨新井设计。全篇共分为五章:矿井概述及井田地质特征、井田开拓、采煤方法及采区巷道布置、矿井通风和安全、防火灌浆设计。
杨庄矿位于安徽省淮北市,井田面积约为33平方公里。
杨庄矿设计生产能力为120万t/a,服务年限为58年。矿井工作制度为“三八”制。矿井的采煤方法主要为走向长壁综合机械化一次采全高开采。矿井开拓方式为立井两水平加立井延伸。
矿井布置一个工作面生产,两个掘进工作面准备,生产能力为120万t/a。工作面长度为165 m。运输大巷采用3吨底卸式矿车运煤,大巷辅助运输采用矿车运输材料和矸石。矿井通风方式为混合通风方式,矿井初期采用两翼对角式通风,后期采用混合式通风。
专题部分主要介绍的是杨庄矿井下水害的防治。
翻译部分题目为“Coal mining under aquifers in the Daliuta coal mine” 。

This design book consists of three parts: the general part, the special part and the translation part.
The general part is a 1.2 million tons per year new design of Yangzhuang colliery. It contains five chapters: summarize of the mine field geological character, mining field deploitation , the excavating coal method, mine ventilation and safety, and the fire protection is in the mud design.
The Yangzhuang colliery lies in Huaibei city of Anhui province. The total area of the mine is 33.0 km2.
The design throughput of mine is 1.2 million tons per year, and it’s service life is 58 years. The labor system of the mine is “three-eight". The mining method of the mine is fully-mechanized Time picks entire is high caving face with longwall in the strike. the deploitation manner is shafts with two levels and the vertical shaft extends.
There is one working face in the mine, and the two excavations tunnels. The throughput of mine is 1.2 million tons per year. The length of the longwall face is 165 m. Tlexible three tons mine cars is used in the coal transportation.. The materials and refuse are transported by tramcars tons in the ancillary transportation. The method of mine ventilation in this shift is mixed ventilation. In the early period, the two sides opposite angles ventilation, at last, the mixed ventilation is used.
The special part mainly introduces the mine pit flood preventing and controlling.
The translation part mainly introduces Coal oxidation at low temperatures: oxygen consumption,oxidation products, reaction mechanism and kinetic modeling.

1.1 矿区概述
1.1.1地理位置及交通条件
杨庄矿位于淮北市南约8km处,井田范围:东经116°46′5″6~116°51′51″2,北纬33°53′32″3~33°56′42″9。井口位置:东经116°48′9″,北纬33°54′28″。井田处在闸河煤田最南端,东、南、西部均以露头为界,东西最长9km,南北最宽约5.5km,面积约33km2。井田内有宿淮公路和一条铁路专用线穿过,并有雷河,西流河,濉河流经,其历史最高洪水位:雷河+32.68、西流河+32.60、濉河+32.40。
杨庄矿交通便利,矿区铁路专用线在青龙山站与符夹线、濉阜线接轨,可北通徐州,南至符离集,西达阜阳、亳州,与陇海、京沪、京九铁路干线联网。淮宿、淮徐公路以及徐合、连霍高速公路等可通全国各地。

1.1.2地形、地貌
杨庄井田地面地势平坦,海拔标高+29.2~+31.7m,地面主要为农田、村庄等,呈东北高西南低的趋势。区内流经的地表水系自东向西分别有闸河、岱河、雷河、西流河、濉河等。区外东西两侧皆为寒武、奥陶纪石灰岩所构成的东北、西南走向的小山区。东有烈山、青龙山、凤凰山、大鼓山,北部有相山等。
1.1.3河流及水体
矿区内地势平坦。流经该井田的河流皆南北走向,西部有岱河,东部有龙河,闸河,南部有龙岱河,均注入濉河,属淮河水系。其中以闸河为最长,全长70公里,纵贯全矿区,闸河煤田因之得名。龙河全长60公里,发源于萧县城东龙山南麓;岱河流向南东,发源于萧县岱山湖。两河流于本井田东南边缘双庄处汇合。两河流河床下切不深,侵蚀基准面于地表仅差2~3米;但侧蚀作用显著,河面宽约50~150米;河谷标高为+27.00米左右。所有河水流量均受季节控制,河道宽缓平浅,无航运价值。雨季矿区低洼地区积水严重,积水深度一般为0.4~1.0米。涝期最长可达一个月左右。
