摘 要
矿井设计包括一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。
一般部分为荆各庄矿0.9Mt/a新井设计。荆各庄煤矿位于河北省唐山市东北部,交通便利。井田南北长约3.5 km,东西长约3.4 km,井田总面积为9.0 km2。主采煤层为9号煤,平均倾角为15°,煤层平均总厚为8.43 m。井田地质条件较为简单。
井田工业储量为9365.95万t,矿井可采储量5857.46万t。矿井设计生产能力0.9Mt/a,服务年限为46.49 a。本矿井最大涌水量为230m3/h,一般为120 m3/h,涌水量不大。矿井瓦斯涌出量较低,为低瓦斯矿井。
井田上下山开采,水平标高为-340 m,最终水平标高为-520 m,双立井开拓一水平暗井延深辅助水平,主井采用箕斗提升,副井装备罐笼。大巷采用胶带运输机运煤,辅助运输采用窄轨铁路配合矿车运输。矿井通风方式为两翼对角式通风。
矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“三八”制。

专题部分题目为“煤巷快速施工技术的现状与发展趋势”。主要介绍了我国煤巷快速施工技术的现状,针对煤巷道掘进技术进行了详细分析,分析了我国煤矿主要掘进设备与国外存在的差距,指出了煤巷快速施工技术的发展趋势。

ABSTRACT
This design consists of three parts: the general part, the special part and translated part.
The general part is a new design of JingGezhuang mine, 0.9 million tons percent year. JingGe Zhuang mine lines in Northeast of TangShan in HeBei province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The N-S of the minefield is 3.5 km ,the W-E is about 3.4km,the area is 9.0㎞2.The 9 #coal seam is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 15 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 8.43m in all. The geological structure of this area is simple.
The proved reserves of the minefield are93.66million tons. The recoverable reserves are 58.57million tons. The designed productive capacity is 0.9 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 46.49 years. The normal flow of the mine is 120 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is230m3 percent hour, and the gas of the mine is low gaseous mine.
The minefield is divided into one levels, the first level of -340m elevation, elevation to the end level -520m. Shaft open up a two-level sub shaft extends two levels, the main shaft using skip upgrade equipment belonging cage. Roadway used to transport coal belt conveyor, auxiliary transport using narrow-gauge railway transport with tub. The two wings opposite angles ventilation system is used in the mine.
The working system “three-eight” is used in the JingGe Zhuang mine. It produced 330d/a.
This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7 .Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.
The projects section titled "coal roadway fast construction technology the present situation and the development trend". Mainly introduces the construction technology of coal roadway fast in China, aiming at the present situation of coal roadway tunneling technology are analyzed in detail, analyzes the main tunneling equipment and abroad coal mine, points out the existing gap between coal roadway fast construction technology development trend.
Translation section titled "Extra thick seam gas emission started - the analyzer and management".
