摘 要
本设计针对小连杆零件的生产技术特点,综述了制造技术及其装备的主要问题,重点分析介绍工艺流程、工艺基准的关键作用,变形对加工精度的影响,检测技术配套及小连杆零件的工作环境和受力情况等关键问题的设计说明。及其小连杆零件的机加工工艺流程和在加工过程中的专用夹具设计。通过设计使我们更进一步熟悉了产品加工设计的全过程,在制定加工方案的时候,充分考虑其经济性和可行性。

ABSTRACT
This design aim at small connect the production technique of pole spare parts characteristics, overview the key problem of manufacturing technique and its material, point analysis the introduction craft process, craft the key function of the basis, transform to the influence which processes accuracy, examination technique kit and small connect the work environment of pole spare parts and be subjected to a dint circumstance etc. the design elucidation of key problem.And it is small to connect the machine of pole spare parts to process craft process with in the process of process in of the appropriation tongs design.
Pass the design made us further to acquaint with a product to process the whole processeses of design, at the establishment process a project of time, well consider it economy and possibility.
