莲藕切片机的设计
摘 要:莲藕是优良的水生蔬菜和副食佳品,我国大多数藕食品加工出口企业生产的藕片主要以人工切片为主。人工切片劳动强度大、效率低、不安全又不卫生。通过设计莲藕切片机,以实现小规模生产的机械化生产要求。本文通过对莲藕切片机的总体结构、工作原理、关键部件结构以及工作参数设计计算,设计出小型莲藕切片机。

Design Of Lotus Root Slicing Machine
Abstract: Lotus root is an excellent vegetables and non-staple food. China's most lotus root food processing export enterprise production OuPian mainly by artificial slice primarily. Artificial slice labor intensity and low efficiency, safety and health. Through the design lotus root slicing machine, The majority exported manufactory of lotus food processing produce man-made lotus root slice which has disadvantage of intensive labor,inefficient ,unsafe and unsanitative . This article through to lotus root slicing machine the general structure. Artificial slice labor intensity and low efficiency, safety and health.Now the design of lotus root slicer will achieve machanization production in small scale.The assay will caculate the overall structure,working principle,key components and operating parameter's design and finish the drawings of the main parts and installations.
