摘 要
通过设计YZ485机体钻、扩滤清器面孔组合机床的方法,来全面了解组合机床的概念、特点、分类及其组成,阐述组合机床的加工工艺范围及其发展方向,掌握组合机床设计的一般流程和内容。根据加工零件及其加工要求,确定组合机床的总体设计,选择合理的刀具及切削用量,并对组合机床主轴箱中的主轴刚度及齿轮强度进行验算,从而达到熟悉组合机床的结构原理,掌握组合机床的设计方法,指导并提高我们的设计水平。

Abstract
By the design of combined machine which is used to drill and ream holes in filter surface of YZ485 Block, we can know about the concept, characteristic and classification of combined machine. This article expounds the machining range and the development design process and contents. According to the detail and its machining request, the whole design of combined machine, choose reasonable cutting tools and cutting conditions and calculate the strength of main axle and gears. Through these work, we can know about construction of combined machine and mast how to design combined machine. So enhance our design level.
