摘要
在工业生产中物料的加工运输和储运是工艺生产流程中的一个重要环节,物料的运输储运等生产过程都是粉尘飞扬的发源点,这些过程会发生粉尘飞扬。带式输送机的散尘点在输送机头部卸料点和尾部受料点,在粉尘加工车间所有的散尘点中这类约占50%以上,在个别的工艺流程中,甚至可达80%,因此搞好这类设备的除尘,也就解决大部分工作场所的除尘问题。
本设计在达到一定的除尘效率的前提下,根据料堆混匀槽粉尘的物理特性,考虑到要处理较大的烟气量,以及回收的粉尘能作为原料继续利用这些因素,对各种除尘设备做了比较,最终确定电除尘系统为最优方案。本设计对电除尘器的本体设计作了详细地说明,另外,管道系统的布置也是本设计的主要内容:根据各抽尘点的分布情况,对传送带采用平衡式系统布置,而对混匀槽则采用集合管。粉尘经设计的除尘系统,烟气浓度能从初始的5000mg/m3,降低到30 mg/m3,能够达到预定的排放要求,同时,粉尘的回收还使资源得到充分的利用,达到一定的经济效益,最重要的是使厂内的操作环境大大的改善,产生了良好的社会效益。

ABSTRACT
Industrial production in the transport and storage of materials processing technology is an part of the production process, storaging and transporting of materials in the production process are largely dust sources that this process will occur dust floated. The design must meet the removal efficiency in the context of the materials piled mixed shafts dust physical characteristics, taking into account the need to deal with the larger volume of gas, recovered dust can continue to use according to these elements as raw materials,compared with all the statics, and ultimately determine that the best system for the removal of the programme is electrostatic precipitator. The design of the identity of electrofilter deed the design of the electrostatic precipitator, and pipeline system design layout is also the main content : According to the pumping dust distribution point ,for conveyor system layout of a balanced system, and the assembly pipe for the mixed shafts. After the dust removal system design, resulting from the initial concentrations of 5000mg/m3, reduced to 30 mg/m3, scheduled to meet emission requirements, while also dust recycling resources are fully utilized to achieve certain economic benefits, the most thing is to make available the operating environment greatly improved, producing very good social benefits.
