课题名 冲压废料自动输送装置设计
一、 课题研究的目的与主要内容
研究目的:
综合机械制造专业所学课程的理论和实践知识,进行一次实际解决问题的设计,培养学生独立解决设计和制造上理论与实际问题的能力, 提高学生资料查阅和灵活使用软件语言的能力。完成工厂冲压废料自动输送装置的设计。
主要内容:
设计出一台适应不同模具尺寸的冲压废料自动输送装置,使用一台马达同时驱动多条输送带,解决了一台马达驱动一条输送带所带来的横向空间不够的问题。使废料收集更方便、安全。提高生产效率。
二、 基本要求
1、必须独立完成毕业设计工作。
2、完成装备图、主要部件图、重要的零件图、皮带运输机的电气原理图。
3、按学院毕业设计的书写格式要求,撰写设计说明书,毕业设计说明书不少于30000字。
4、应完成3000-5000个文字的与毕业设计有关的外文资料翻译, 译文要求准确,文字流畅。
三、课题研究已具备的条件(包括实验室、主要仪器设备、参考资料)
1、实习工厂冲压设备。
2、邵阳学院图书馆相关资料:如主要参考资料:《冲压设备》,《机械设计手册》,《机械设计》,《机床电气控制原理》, 期刊杂志《模具工业》、《冲压技术》、《冲压工艺》、中国冲压件网、冲压废料处理网。
3、课题前期的调查、研究工作
内 容 提 要
目前很多冲压生产线的模下废料均由人工清扫,机箱装载。手工生产线需停机清扫。自动生产线虽不停机,但清扫时极不安全。同时手工清扫废料及目前废料收集方式使整个生产现场显得零乱。废料满地散落,场地不清洁,人工清除废料势必停机作业,影响生产效率。
随着产品更新替换速度的加快,产品的规格变化多端,多种少量之生产方式已非常之普遍。各种模具垫脚,垫脚间距几何位置不一,并随快速换模的导入,夹模器的干涉,规格品的输送装置已无法适应。如何从模下自动清除废料,并适应其种种之变化,成为同行业界的一个难点。为满足生产的需求,提高工作效率,一种独特的输送装置可自行清除模下废料。该装置由安装架、工织皮带输送带、废料输送机等部件组成。该输送装置设计的独特之处在于:使用一台马达同时驱动多条输送带,解决了一台马达驱动一条输送带所带来的横向空间不够的问题;输送带横向位置可任意调整,已适应不同的垫脚位置;一种输送带宽度可适应一定范围的垫脚间距,输送带可任意组合,已适应不同宽度;换模时可方便地移动输送带,且各皮带整体及单个皮带伸入模具下的深度可调,适应不同的模具尺寸;换线时,可方便地更换输送带;超薄皮带可越过夹模器或压板的阻挡,更好地利用空间。
冲压废料自动输送装置是一种适应性强,效率高,安全可靠,灵活多变的组合式废料输送设备,配以链板式输送机,对每一条生产线的废料进行集中收集,或配以电磁送料机,废料箱进行单台冲床废料收集,从而可进一步提高冲压生产的自动化程度,实现冲压作业区的无人化,极大地提高生产效率。

Each kind of mold pad foot, fronts the foot spacing several s not one, and along with fast trades the mold inducting, clamps the mold interference, the specification feed way has-been unable to adapt. How automated clears away rubbish from the mold, and adapts its all sorts of changes, becomes the colleague field difficulty. In order to satisfy the production the demand, enhances the working efficiency, one kind of unique feed way may voluntarily clear under the mold the waste material. This equipment by is peaceful, the labor weaves part and so on leather belt conveyor belt, waste material conveyer is composed. This feed way design unique occupying to: Uses a motor simultaneously to actuate the multi- strip conveyor belt, solved a motor to actuate the crosswise spatial insufficient question which a conveyor belt brought; The conveyor belt lateral attitude may willfully adjust, adapted the different pad foot ; One kind of conveyor belt width may adapt the certain scope pad foot spacing, the conveyor belt may willfully combine, adapted the different width; Trades when the mold may conveniently move the conveyor belt, also various leather belts overall and the single leather belt enters under the mold the depth to be possible to move, adapts the different mold size; When trades the line, but conveniently replaces the conveyor belt; The ultra thin leather belt may leapfrog clamps the mold or clamp preventing, uses the space well.
The ramming waste material automated feed way is one compatibility strong, the efficiency high, secure is reliable, the flexible combined type waste material conveyor, matches by the chain beat conveyer, carries on the centralism collection to each production line waste material, or matches by the electromagnetism feeding computer, the waste box carries on the single punch press waste material collection, thus may further enhance the ramming production the automatist, implements ramming operation area nobody to melt, enormously enhances the production efficiency.
