2T装、出料机的研制——旋转部件设计
摘要 根据设计任务书中给出的技术参数,详细分析了装、出料机的旋转部件的原理和机构,参考悬臂式起重机和各种装卸机械旋转部件的原理并根据锻造车间的特点,通过方案论证以及设计计算最终完成设计任务。
装、出料机旋转部件的设计有:回转支承的选型计算、齿轮啮合传动的设计计算、机械臂支座的选用计算、电气控制设计等四部分。回转支承固定在y方向直线运动的小车上选用三排滚柱式回转支承(13)系列,型号为:外齿式132.32.1200.002;固定在台架上的液压马达控制一个小齿轮按行星轨迹绕回转支承运行,回转支承驱动台架360度旋转,转速3r/min;机械臂支座选用轴直径d=50mm的四螺柱滚动轴承座;部分用来控制油泵,大车行走、小车行走的电机电气控制。旋转部件重量2756kg.
本设计所遇到的难点有:回转支承选型计算和由于工作台旋转,而引起的控制线路的布线设计问题。经过查阅资料、认真计算最终采用结构牢固的三排滚柱式回转支承(13)系列;为使工作台旋转范围大于360度,在回转支承中间设计一个滑环机械,使来自大车、小车的电源线路通过滑环机械引入电气柜;控制线路也通过滑环机械到达小车和大车的驱动电机,为保证装、出料机的运行安全,在控制电路中还设计了大车、小车、旋转等部件运动的电气互锁电路。
经设计小组全体人员共同努力,精心设计,本设计达到了设计任务书的要求。
