摘 要
带式输送机是现代最主要的散状物料输送设备之一。滚筒是带式输送机的主要传部件,它的作用有两个:一是传递动力,二是改变输送带运行方向。带式输送机滚筒的设计质量,关系到整个输送机系统的性能、安全性和可靠性。
本文主要包括以下几方面内容:首先,对滚筒的市场前景进行简要介绍,并指出了滚筒驱动带式输送机常见的故障;其次, 对滚筒的结构进行简要的设计计算, 确定了带式输送机滚筒的一些参数, 提出了常见滚筒的失效形式和改造措施;第三, 简易介绍新型滚筒的特点, 改进了筒焊接工艺, 提出了密封结构设计以及常见滚筒轴的失效及更新设计; 最后, 对新型免胀套、免键联接等强度滚筒的经济性效益进行了分析.
本文对带式输送机新型免胀套、免键联接等强度滚筒的设计,做了简要的概述希望对相关人士有一定的帮助.

Abstract
Belt-conveyor system is the most transport equipment which can carry bulkmaterial. Belt-conveyor Pulley is the key transmission part in Belt-conveyor system. It hastwo functions, one is transferring power, and another is altering the operation direction of thebelt. The design quality of Belt-conveyor Pulley connects with systems security and reliabilityof the whole conveyor.
The main content includes the following respects: Firstly, carries on to drum's market prospect introduced briefly that and had pointed out the drum actuates the belt conveyer common breakdown; Next, carries on the brief design calculation to drum's structure, had determined belt conveyer drum's some parameters, proposed the common drum's failure mode and the transformation measure; Third, the simple introduction new drum's characteristic, improved the tube welding process, proposed the seal structural design as well as the common drum shaft'****piration and the renewal design; Finally, to new exempted the bulge set, to exempt the key joint uniform strength drum's efficient benefit to carry on the analysis. this article new exempts the bulge set to the belt conveyer, to exempt the key joint uniform strength drum's design, made the brief outline to hope that to was related the public figure to have certain help.
