摘要
随着机械行业的发展,高效专用的组合机床越来越受到人们的重视。组合机床的主要特点就是生产率高,设计制造周期短,这些都与现代化大批量生产相适应,成为现代机械制造行业发展的主要方向。
本设计题目是CBF-F100-42齿轮泵泵盖上的8-Φ14孔的加工专用机床及夹具设计。调研地点是阜新液压件厂。该厂采用立式钻床Z535对8-Φ14逐个加工,现在改为大批量生产。因而上述方法不能与之相适应,经研究决定采用单工位卧式组合机床来完成对8-Φ14孔的加工。这样生产率高,且工人劳动量及劳动强度大大降低,且产品质量得到保证,因而方案可行。本设计重点论述了组合机床的总体设计过程,以及专用夹具和多轴箱的设计安装。并进行全面的校核计算和经济效益性分析。

ABSTRACT
With the developing of manufacture,combined machine tool of high efficiency and special is paid attention to more and more.The main character of combined machine tool is high efficiency and short cycle of design and manufacture,so the combined machine tool became the hand of the develop of manufacture.
The subject of this design is combined damp and special fixture which can drill 8-Φ14 aperture of gear pumps canopy.The place of study is FuXin pump works.There 8-Φ14 aperture are processed one by one in drill press of E535.So the efficiency of manufacture are very show.Now the type of manufacture become high lot.The old method can not adapt with high cot.So make single work place honifortal combined machine tool to drill 8-Φ14 aperture.Than have lots of good coming such as high production efficient low labour strength.good manufacture product so this version can be carrying out.This text point discussed the total design process of the combination machine bed,and appropriation tongs with the design gearing of many stalks box.And proceed completely of the calculate with the analysis of economic performance.
