摘 要
随着我国国民经济的发展的需要,近几十年来兴起的一种利用管道运输浆体的新型运输方式。随着浆体管道输送技术的发展,作为执行元件的液力缸不断顺应时代潮流的发展,不论在性能还是在结构上都有了进一步的提高。而在浆体管道输送中的核心元件是浆体泵。液封式浆体泵以扬程高,输送量大,输出力大,功率和效率都较高等特点成为应用最广泛的泵种之一。i
我设计的是浆体泵的核心部位-双活塞液力缸,它的优势在于用高压水来液封,可大大降低浆体的泄露,而且双活塞的使用可以确保高压水的容积不变,这样就能减少水对缸的摩擦,从而提高使用寿命。在本次设计中把三个液力缸结合起来使用,完成连续的往复特殊运动,其优点在于实现工业生产的连续性即无死点的产生,提高了生产效率。双活塞式液力缸的典型结构是由缸体组件、活塞组件及密封装置所组成,它们的结构和性能直接影响液力缸的工作质量和制造成本。它的优点在于:结构简单、制造精度低,具有特殊的密封装置,密封装置设计合理,不仅结构简单,方便制造而且制造成本低。同时、自动化控制性能特别高。

Abstract
With the development of economic, slurry by pipe is a new type in recent years. With the development of the technical of traffic slurry by pipe, the part of executive component and the part of function unit change variety .It has improved much in design feature. The care part of the slurry pipe-line transmission is slurry pump cylinder. The liquid seal pump becomes one kind of the most popular pump for its higher lifts, larger transmission, bigger fore, power and efficiency.
I design the double piston hydraulic cylinder-the core part of the slurry pump. It has the advantage that it uses high pressure water to liquid seal, which can slash the leak a lot. And the use of double piston can ensure that the water’s volume does not change, which can decrease the water to cylinder friction. Consequently, the life span of the cylinder becomes longer. In this design, I unit three cylinder fighter to complete the special movement consistently and reciprocating. This can avoid the dead center in the industry, than the efficiency increased, and this is the advantage double piston hydraulic cylinder consists of cylinder module 、 module and sealed device classically, It’s construction and function effect the quality of work and the cost directly. It’s advantages is easy construction、low manufacture accuracy and having special sealed .Provided that the sealed device reasonable designed、the construction will be easy manufacturing become convenience and it’s cost becomes low. Meanwhile the functions of automation control become higher.
