ZH1105柴油机气缸盖扩孔专机总体及夹具设计
摘要:本课题设计了ZH1105柴油机汽缸盖扩孔专机,主要对其总体及夹具进行设计。该组合机床是针对
ZH1105柴油机气缸盖的进、排气孔和油泵孔进行加工。
本次设计机床总体部分是通过对ZH1105柴油机气缸盖零件进行工艺分析,拟订了机床总体方案,并根据组合
机床设计步骤,计算了切削用量、切削力、切削扭矩、切削功率等,最终完成了“三图一卡”的绘制。夹具
部分的设计是通过对ZH1105柴油机气缸盖零件进行了工艺分析,选择了“一面两销”的定位方式,进行了误
差分析。然后选择夹紧方案,估算夹紧力大小,确定了以液压油缸来进行夹紧,选择夹紧液压缸的型号。并
设计了引导装置、钻模板、夹具体结构等,最后完成了夹具的设计。根据计算结果绘制夹具装配图和主要的
零件图。
本机床设计合理,符合实际应用,满足加工要求,且尽可能多地采用了通用件和标准件,制造成本合理,设
备维修方便。大大提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,从而降低了零件的加工成本。

The design of the overall and the Jig of milling special machine tool for cylinder head of
ZH1105 diesel engine
Abstract: This topic designed ZH1105 diesel engine cylinder cover to drill out the special
plane, mainly carried on the design to its overall and the jig. This aggregate machine-tool is
aims at ZH1105 diesel engine cylinder cover to enter, the air vent and the oil pump hole
carries on the processing. This design engine bed overall part is through carries on the craft
analysis to ZH1105 diesel engine cylinder cover components, has drafted the engine bed overall
concept, and according to the aggregate machine-tool design procedure, has calculated the
cutting specifications, the cutting force, the cutting torque, the cutting power and so on,
finally has completed “a three chart card” plan. The jig part design was through has carried
on the craft analysis to ZH1105 diesel engine cylinder cover components, has chosen “two sold
at the same time” the locate mode, has carried on the error analysis. Then the choice clamps
the plan, the estimate clamps the strength size, had determined carries on by the hydraulic ram
clamps, the choice clamps the hydraulic cylinder the model. And designed the guiding
arrangement, has drilled the template, the jig body structure and so on, finally has completed
the jig design. According to computed result plan jig assembly drawing and main detail drawing.
This engine bed design is reasonable, conforms to the practical application, satisfies the
processing request, also many has used the standard part and the standard letter as far as
possible, the production cost is reasonable, the equipment service is convenient. Enhanced the
production efficiency greatly, reduced the labor intensity, thus reduced the components
processing cost.
