箱体双面粗镗床总体设计及夹具设计
摘 要:柴油机变速箱体是大批量生产的零件。为了提高其加工精度和生产效率,需要设计一台组合机床来改善其加工条件。本设计是柴油机变速箱体双面粗镗组合机床,用于加工被加工零件上左右两面的14个孔,本课题主要进行该组合机床的总体设计及其夹具的设计。其中总体设计包括机床配置型式的确定、结构方案的选择以及“三图一卡”的绘制。组合机床的加工精度基本上是由夹具来保证的。夹具的设计主要包括工件的定位方式,工件夹压装置的设计,夹具零部件的设计和引导刀具的导向元件设计,完成定位误差的分析,夹紧力的计算等。本机床采用卧式单工位双面加工的方案,零件装夹方便,加工工艺性和装配较好,采用液压滑台实现刀具进给,刀具采用加长麻花钻和复合镗刀,使得工序集中。本组合机床效率高,成本低,加工精度高,操作使用方便,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率。

Design of General and Tool for Rough Drilling Holes on Two-Side of Gear Box and Fixture
Abstract: The diesel engine gear box is a product that needs mass production. In order to prove the disposition and the production efficiency, need to design a high effective modular machine tool to improve the Processing Conditions. This topic is the design of modular machine tool for rough boring holes on two-side of gear box, which is used to rough boring 14 holes, which are on the left and right surface. This topic mainly design of general and fixture. The system design includ the definite of the modular machine tool, the selecting of the structure plan and the completing of the technological drawing of the part, the general drawing of modular machine tool, drawing of cutter display and the efficiency card of manufacture. The fixture basically ensures the combination of machining precision. Fixture design includ the positioning of the work piece, the work piece folder pressure devices, design of the fixture parts and guide to the guiding element, complete positioning error calculation, the calculation of clamping force. The modular machine tool uses the horizontal-type single location two-side processing plan, the processing and assembly technology capability is good, and it clamps conveniently, using Hydraulic-sliding unit, the cutting tool is the lengthened twist drill and boring composite knife, making the working procedure to be centralized. This modular mechanical tool has such advantages: it is high efficiency, the cost is low, the processing precision is high, it is easy to operate, it reduces the worker’s labor intensity, and it enhance the productivity.

1 绪论
组合机床是一种高效的专用机床。它一般用于加工一种或一类零件,是根据工件加工需要,以大量通用部件为基础,配以少量专用部件组成的机床。组合机床一般采用多轴、多刀、多工序、多面或多工位同时加工的方法,其生产效率比通用机床高几倍至几十倍。而且组合机床的成本低廉、效率高。这是由于通用部件已经标准化和系列化,可根据需要灵活选用。这样能降低加工成本,缩短设计和制造周期。因此组合机床在大批、大量生产中得到了广泛应用。
在机械制造过程中,用来固定加工对象,使其占有正确的位置,以便接受施工、检测的装置都可统称为“夹具”,广义地说,夹具是一种保证产品质量并便利和加速工艺过程的一种工艺装备。夹具以其数量和在生产中所占的地位来说,“机床夹具”最重要,机床夹具为机床的一种辅助设备,用它来准确的确定工件与刀具的相对位置,即将工件定位和夹紧,以完成所需要的相对运动,所以机床夹具是用以使工件定位和夹紧的附加装置。
