N500涡流选粉机设计
摘要: N500高效涡流选粉机是涡流选粉机的一种,选粉机是水泥生产过程中的必要设备,其性能直接影响水泥质量的优劣和成本,因此要求其满足能耗低、产品质量高、选粉效率高等特点。本课题目的是设计一台N500涡流选粉机,主要进行了N500涡流选粉机的总体设计和转子部件设计。总体设计要确定选粉机总体配置及结构方案,包括结构、尺寸,电动机的选择等;转子主要由转笼和立轴组成,转子部件设计包括立轴的设计及校核,立轴上锥齿轮的设计及校核和轴承的选择与校核。设计中考虑了控制转子的转速来调节物料的选择粒度和产量,在提高性能的同时应尽量减少故障的发生,以提高产品性能和经济效益。选粉机应运转平稳、工作可靠、结构简单、装卸方便、便于维修、调整。

N500 eddy current separator design
Abstract:N500 efficient eddy current separator is one of the efficient eddy current separators. Separator is the necessary equipment in the process of cement production. Its performance will directly affect the quality of cement merits and costs, so its requirements characteristics shoud be low energy consumption, high-quality products, high efficiency separator. This topic is the design of a N500 eddy current separator for the design of general schme and the design of rotor components. The focus is overall design and components design. Overall design includs the design of structure of the body, size and motor selection. Rotor made of the cage and shaft components, the design components of rotor comprise the vertical shaft design and verification, bevel gear shaft on the design and bearing checking and checking with the choice. Design consideration of the rotor speed controlling to regulating the choice of materials and the output size, improving performance, but it also should minimize the occurrence of faults, to improve product performance and economic benefits. Separator should be a smooth operation, reliable, simple structure and handling convenience, ease of maintenance and adjustment.
