摘 要
随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对淀粉的需求量增加,特别是对高质量的淀粉需求。淀粉不仅用于食用,而且一些发达的国家用它来制造各种新型的材料,这也使淀粉工业也得到了迅猛的发展。相对于国外发达国家来说,我们国内的小麦淀粉的生产工艺还非常落后,仍然采用落后的间歇式马丁法,无法满足国内的需求,我国每年仍旧要从国外进口大量的淀粉,为此我做了关于小麦淀粉分离设备的毕业设计。这篇设计说明书中所提到的圆锥筛就是淀粉加工工艺过程中的一个重要的部件。
圆锥筛是利用其高速旋转产生离心力,使物料得到分离。本文分几个部分来说明设计过程,包括了电机的选择、带传动的设计、轴的设计、轴承的设计、键的选择和机架的设计,试图通过本次设计,使小麦淀粉的分离机构既简单,又能提高效率,同时还能减少能耗。

Abstract
Along with the society's development and the people’s living standard improvement, the people increase to large demand of the starch ,especially to high grade starch .The starch not only uses in edible, moreover some developed countries have used it make some kinds of new material, this also enable the starch industry also to obtain the swift and violent development. Is opposite said to the overseas developed country that our domestic wheat starch production craft is also extremely backward, still used the backward intermittent type-Martin law, was unable to meet the domestic need, our country still must import massive starches every year from the overseas , as to that ,I have done my graduation project about the wheat starch splitter. Just as this design- instruction booklet mentioned , the circular cone is a key severed in a starch processing technological process.
The circular cone use it’s high speed to revolve that make the centrifugal force, enable the material to obtain the separation. This article is divided several parts to show the process of design. including the electrical machinery choice, the belt transmission design, the axis design, the bearing design, the key choice and the rack design, attempted through this design, made the wheat starch the tripper both to be simple, and could enhance the efficiency, meanwhile could reduce the energy consumption.

1 概述
大哲学家王夫之说过:“知行相资以为用”,其意思就是说理论和实践必须相结合,“行”与“知”紧密的相连。而这次毕业设计就是为了实现理论知识和实践的相结合。把我们四年来所学到的机械设计和机械制造工艺学的基础知识,材料力学以及粮食机械原理和有关设计专业进行一次综合行的穿插应用。通过这次毕业设计,使我们对所学知识能够系统灵活的运用,提高我们分析问题、解决问题的能力;在漫长的设计过程中,培养起我们认真、严谨的工作作风和吃苦耐劳、一丝不苟的治学态度;通过毕业设计,让自己能更加熟练的掌握如何查阅相关技术资料、文献,学会收集整理第一手比较有价值的资料。为我们即将踏入社会,走相工作岗位奠定基础
