摘要
提升机是一种实现工程物料向上运输的机械,它是当代最为得力的输送设备之一,它广泛运用于矿山、码头、化工等各种场合,但是不同的工况下它对设备的要求是不同的
本文以食品加工业为背景,设计提升食品的机械。食品提升皮带机是在带式输送机的基础上发展起来的。食品提升皮带机与传统的带式输送机一样是以胶带、钢带、钢纤维带、塑料带和化纤带等作为传送物料和牵引工件的输送机械。其特点是承载物料的输送机也是传递动力的牵引件,这与其他输送机械有着显著的区别。本次设计的食品提升皮带机是一种小型的运输机械,其承载能力要求较小,相对于其他的带式输送机成本要求低,设计结构紧凑。
本设计从整体结构出发,对整个装置中的驱动部分和传动部分进行了设计与计算。其中在驱动装置的设计与计算中,本设计选择电机—减速器的装置来作为驱动设备;而在传动部分的设计中,本设计选择了同步带轮与驱动装置相连,从而传递动力。本文另外还对装置中的改向滚筒、压辊及机架部分进行了选择设计,同时对其他的辅助设备也做了必要的计算和选择。
本设计主要设计减速器的结构,确定了内部各传动齿轮以及轴的各主要参数,以及改向滚筒的设计,并对其工作原理作了详细分析。
