振动实验台的设计及测试系统开发
[摘要]这篇文章介绍了振动实验台的设计及其测试系统开发。振动实验台就是用来做振动试验的一种装置。本文对振动实验台的国内外现状以及发展趋势和这次所设计的机械振动实验台的整个过程都作了详细的论述。这次设计分为机械设计和测试系统开发两个部分。本次设计主要是争对教学实验的设计，所以在机械设计部分中的传动机构的设计，激振装置的设计，以及台架的设计都经过方案的筛选。最后选用悬臂梁机械振动台，其激振装置是设计了一个能产生正玄波位移的凸轮和一个能产生三角波位移的凸轮。在测试系统开发部分根据需要选择了一些先进的测试仪器，比如位移传感器和速度传感器以及A/D转换器，并且基于用VB语言编写程序所实现的测试软件的开发以便得到激振装置所产生的位移和速度曲线，然后得到振动台的振动规律。

The Design of The Shake Testing Table and Tested Systematic Development
[Abstract]This article has introduced the design of the shake testing table and tested systematic development. The shake testing table is a kind of device that is used for doing shake testing . This article make detailed argumentation to domestic and international current situation with development trend and the whole course of designing mechanical shake testing table . This design is divided into two parts which is mechanical design and tested systematic development. The design is mainly design that contends for experimenting to the teaching, so the design of transmission organization , the design of device to defy shake and the design of a shelf in the machinery all pass the screening of the scheme. So in tested systematic development choose some advanced testers according to the need, for example moves to spread the feeling machine and speeds to spread the feeling machine and the A/ D conversion machines and also on the basis of programming with VB which is realized the development of a testing software, in order to be arouse to flap to equip the produce to move and the speed curve, then get the vibration regulation of vibrate the pedestal.
