农家肥有机肥料联合作业机粉碎装置结构研究与设计
摘 要
我国是农业大国,约20亿亩可耕用土地,年化肥施用1.14亿吨(1999年统计),居世界首位。我国每公顷土地的肥料施用量是日本的2倍,美国的2.4倍,加拿大的4.4倍,澳大利亚的8.2倍,俄罗斯的9倍。而我国年产化肥不足一亿吨,尤其是优质化肥更是奇缺,主要依赖进口满足农业生产的需求。美国等西方国家生物肥料已占到肥料总用量近50%,在我国,若有机肥料能占到化肥使用量10%,其市场容量将达到1400万吨。农家肥就是一种来源广,数量大,成本低廉的有机肥料,作为一个农业大国,我国自古以来农村就有将秸秆和人畜粪便混合进行沤肥施用的传统方法,但大多采用人工手动劳动,技术落后,生产效率低,难以形成一定的规模。本次进行的是农家肥有机肥料联合作业机粉碎装置结构研究与设计,对农家肥有机肥料联合作业机的市场需求及现有产品进行调查了解,分析了农家肥有机肥料联合作业机的市场前景,对农家肥有机肥料联合作业机粉碎装置机械传动机构的工作原理进行了分析,粉碎装置工作能力的设计计算,必要结构的设计及强度校核,如带传动的设计计算和校核,齿轮传动的设计计算并校核,链传动的设计计算和校核,轴的计算校核,轴承的选择和校核。同时绘制了农家肥有机肥料联合作业机粉碎装置结构的二维工程图。

Abstract
Our country is a large agricultural nation, about 2 billion hectares of arable land, fertilizer use amount, about 114 million tons every year, at the top of the world. Every hectare of fertilizer use amount our country is 2 times of Japan, 2.4 times of American, 4.4 times of Canada, 8.2 times of Australia, 9 times of Russia. But our country’s fertilizer production gross every year is less than one hundred million tons, especially lack of high quality fertilizer, mainly depends on import to meet the needs of agricultural production. The western countries such as American use organic fertilizer accounted for 50% of total amount of fertilizer, in our country, if organic fertilizer use account for 10% of total amount of fertilizer, the market capacity will reach fourteen million tons. The farmyard manure is a wide source, large quantities and low cost organic fertilizer, as a large agricultural nation, people combined straw and human and animal feces for compost since ancient times, but it almost by manual labor, lag in technology, production efficiency is very low and it’s difficult to form scale. Now we design of crushing device on farmyard manure organic fertilizer combined process machine, investigating market demand of farmyard manure organic fertilizer combined process machine and analysis of existing products, analysis of the farmyard manure organic fertilizer market prospects and its working principle,the calculation of the ability to work, the design of the structure and strength check, such as belt drive of computing and checking,gear of computing and checking, chain drive of computing and checking,the axis and bearing.Painting of two-dimensional engineering drawing.
