手提往复式绿篱修剪机的设计
摘要：绿篱修剪机是一种小型园林修剪机械。每年， 绿篱必须进行修剪， 这对维护绿篱旺盛的生长，加强树冠新梢的密度，有着良好的作用，并能达到培育有要求的树冠面． 因此．修剪是绿篱生长的主要技术措施之一。现有绿篱修剪机存在着手持部分重量过重，劳动强度大的缺点。本文设计了一种动力部分与工作部分分离的往复式绿篱修剪机，动力部分采用背负式的结构，选用小型内燃机，动力通过软轴传递到工作部分，与减速器相连接，减速器采用直齿圆柱齿轮，减速器将动力传到曲柄滑块机构，由曲柄滑块机构带动切割刀片做往复运动，切割刀片根据实地调研设计成与现种植绿篱植物的宽幅相应的宽度，采用单动、单面刃刀片。本文所设计的往复式绿篱修剪机能在很大程度上降低劳动者的工作强度，提高工作效率。适用于各种绿篱松墙及树球的整形修剪，也可用于茶树剪技整冠作业。
本文所设计的手提往复式绿篱修剪机具有以下特点：
1、机担自各中频发电机，电压42伏，不需外接电源，适应性强，操作安全。
2、绿篱机重量轻、振动小、噪音低，为操作考撼供了一个良好的工作条件。大大减轻了工人操作时劳动的强度。
3、作业质量较好，性能稳定。
4、一机多用，既可用作绿篱茶树修剪整形，又可作为草坪修剪边角。
5、适应范围广， 对高度大于一米五的绿篱墙、宽度大于0．8米的绿篱及树球的作业尤为适合。

Ping-pong hedgerow designed by the main body of a book reduces labourer's working strength on trimming enginery in very big degree , raises working efficiency.
