摘 要
本次毕业设计课题是米粉切割机的设计,主要设计思路是:利用切刀与米粉的相对运动,借助于切刀的剪切或切削作用把米粉切断。米粉的切断对产品的内在质量影响不大,但对于干粉头量的增减关系极大,驱动装置采用三相异步电动机,其传动方案为:电动机—皮带轮—主轴—刀片,设计过程中主要是对V带计算,刀片的分析,电动机、V带、主轴、轴承的选择。本次毕业设计是专业课程的理论学习和实践之后的最后一个教学环节,通过本次设计对所学专业课程的理论加以综合并增加生产实践知识,经过连续冷弯成型机设计的实际训练,从而培养和提高个人独立工作的能力。巩固与扩充了机械设计相关课程内容,掌握其设计的方法和步骤。在设计中查阅了大量的机械书籍,在此过程中锻炼并提高了机械设计的基本技能,如计算、绘图、查阅设计资料和手册;熟悉机械设计标准及其它有关的标准和规范,并在设计中加以贯彻,对今后的工作与学习打下了坚实的基础

Abstract: The graduation project is the subject for cutting-off machine of rice noodles ,the main designing idea :Make use of the relative motion of cutter and rice noodles ,by means of shearing or cutting action ,make rice noodles cut-off.Driven installations in three-phase asynchronous motor, its drive for the programme: Motor-pulleys-shaft-circular saw blade. The design process of V-belt calculations, analyze circular saw blade ,choose motor ,V-belt, shaft, bearing.
The design is a professional graduate course after the study of theory and practice of teaching, it is the last part of this through the design of the theory of professional courses to be comprehensive and practical knowledge to increase production, after continuous cold-formed machine design of the actual training, Developing and enhancing the ability of individuals to work independently.
