摘 要
抽油泵长缸套是抽油泵的主要基础件。抽油泵工作性能主要取决于柱塞和泵套加工精度、表面质量及形状精度。本文讨论了在现有的加工条件下完成对抽油泵长缸套内孔的加工,即深孔加工,提出了车床改造的方案。简单介绍了深孔的发展概况、深孔加工系统的组成、深孔加工中的常见问题。基于以上特点,设计完成对CA6140的深孔加工改造。原来的镗滚压符合工具在加工结束移动溜板拉出工件时会在工件表面留下拉伤痕迹,影响工件表面质量及精度,且前端镗刀刀尖也比较容易损坏,因此我也对镗滚压复合工具进行了一些改进。改进后的镗滚压复合工具的结构变的比较简单,快退时不会拉伤工件表面,镗刀刀尖不易损坏,加工质量稳定,生产效率明显提高。

Abstract
Cylinder jacket is the main foundational part. The working performance of oil-well pump is mainly decided on the compound performance of plunger and cylinder jacket. That is to say, it is depended on the cylinder jacket working accuracy roughness of surface and position accuracy. This paper discusses how to complete the traditional depthaperture cutting, thesystem of orifice cutting and the problems that appear in the orifice processing is simply discuaaed. Base on such characters, design and complete the orifice machining alteration in the type of CA6140.The original boring-stitch tools will left sprain on the workpiece surface when processing is over and the mobile slide pull out the workpiece. This will affect the workpiece surface quality and precision and the tip of the front boring is relatively easy to damage, so I have to make some improvements on the boring-stitch tools. After Improved, the boring-stitch tools' structure are relatively simple, quick withdrawal will not pull the workpiece surface, processing quality is stable and production efficiency is improved significantly.
