摘 要
当今社会,纺织品印花是一个全球性的大产业。它不仅要满足人们的衣着需求,还要满足家居环境等的美化要求。随着经济的发展人民生活水平的提高和人口的增长这种需求不断提升。因此在印染界,对于印染设备的技术要求也在不断的提高,这迫使着印染技术的日益更新。制高效率、高质量和低成本的制网设备则成了一个迫切的任务。如今喷墨制网技术代替早先的激光制网和喷蜡制网技术已成了必然趋势。
第一,从圆网喷墨制网机的历史背景和现状着手,阐述了研制圆网喷墨制网机的目的和意义。同时本文提出了论文研究的基本内容和主要任务。
第二,通过对圆网喷墨制网机总的功能结构的分析,提出了圆网喷墨制网机传动系统与机架、喷头与曝光系统、移动尾座等设计方案,得出圆网喷墨制网机的总体设计方案。
第三,在总体设计方案的基础上,详细阐述了圆网喷墨制网机喷头系统和曝光灯系统设计。在喷头系统中,对于喷头部分的设计,不仅能够在横向实现双向移动,而且在纵向的定位也可以调节,通过电机及螺杆等装置来带动,这样增加了可制圆网种类,提高了生产效率。
在曝光系统中,曝光灯组件在导轨表面上通过同步带传动装置实现左右来回移动,同时对组件设置了径向移动的装置,通过两条平行的线性导轨来实现这一功能,并且行程也得到控制;
结合其他两位同学的设计的基础上,用PRO/E和Solidworks绘制各部分零件并进行组装连接。最后对本次设计做出最后的总结。

Abstract
Nowadays ,Textile printing is a global industry.not only it need to meet the people's demand ,But also meet the landscaping requirements of the home environment.With the economic developmes,the people's living standards is improving and population is growting ,the demand is rising.Therefore,The technical requirements for the dyeing and printing equipment has been improved. the growing printing and dyeing technology is update.the high efficiency, high-quality and low-cost system for network equipment has become an urgent task. Today the inkjet technology insteads of the earlier laser engraving and spray wax network technology has become an trend for sure.
First, the interview of ink-jet system from the network is from the history and current situation on the development of ink-jet rotary screen machine system , and describes a simple screen technology system as well as the trend of the new method. This paper on this basis studies the basic content and the main issues that need to be resolved.
Senconde,under the design requirements, through ink-jet rotary screen machine system network analysis of the overall functional structure, get this system made of rotary drive transmission network inkjet system with the rack, mobile tailstock, sprinkler systems and exposure design. This system combines with consideration of the design of machine came to the conclusion that ink-jet rotary screen machine system network design program.
Third,in the basis of the design program, the paper elaborated on the exposure and sprinkler system design of the ink-jet rotary screen machine system network.in the sprinkler system, part of the nozzle design, in addition to two-way movement in the horizontal, vertical positioning at the same time can be adjusted through the motor and drive screw and other devices, such an increase can be rotary type of system to improve the production efficiency .In the exposure system, exposure of light components in the surface profiles through the realization of timing belt around gear back and forth movement, at the same time set up a radial component of mobile devices, through two parallel linear guides to achieve this functionality and visit also brought under control.
Combine the other two students with mobile Tailstock transmission based on the use of PRO / E and Solidworks software figured out the system network of the various parts of machine parts, and assembly connections.
