摘 要
电葫芦中间是钢丝绳卷筒,用小车悬挂于工字钢制作的天车大梁上,一端用法兰固定一台能够制动的锥形转子电动机,用传动轴将动力传递到另一端的减速机。经过减速的动力传递给钢丝绳卷筒,带动吊钩起重。
提升电动机选用葫芦专用锥形转子异步电动机,该种电动机具有通电转动、断电自制动,输出为矩形花键。通过计算选择ZD131-3型号的电动机。
电葫芦减速器采用三级同轴结构,具有布局合理结构紧凑、重量轻、体积小、传动运行平稳等特点。减速器外壳采用优质铸铁材料、轴全部采用优质合金,具有高强度,重量轻的优点。减速器齿轮采用硬齿面斜齿轮的标准设计计算、材料为优质钢或合金钢,能够承受较大的载荷,抗冲击能噪声较小等优点。相关配件及附件如:轴承、通气螺塞、放油螺塞、键、轴承端盖、密封圈等的选择均根据手册计算选用。

Abstract

The reducer helical gear using the hardened gear standard design, materials is high-quality steel or alloy steel, to withstand a greater load, shock, noise, etc. Related parts and accessories such as: bearings, ventilation plug, put the oil plug, key, bearing end caps, seals and other options are selected in accordance with the manual calculation.
