钻井缸套减摩耐磨技术研究

摘要 随着人类对全球汽油资源的开采范围的不断扩大,油气钻探技术的发展,逐渐朝沙漠、荒原、深海延伸,深井、超深井不断出现,大量缸套被频繁的更换以保证钻井高压和强磨损的要求,繁重的体劳动、高昂的运输和存储费用等成为现实难题,人们对钻探设备的长使用寿命提出了更高的要求,如何提高缸套的使用寿命已经成为钻探技术领域的重要研究课题。缸套减摩耐磨技术的成功研究可以提高缸套的使用寿命;为泥浆泵带来更长久更稳定的工作性能,提高工作效率;节省人力与运输费用,减少资源的浪费。本文就缸套的减摩耐磨展开研究,通过实验测量的方法分析了缸套和活塞磨损的形貌特征及规律,并对如何提高缸套的耐磨性和使用寿命进行了探讨,在对比前人使用过的方法与自己的观点之后,最终决定选用网格激光淬火技术加工缸套内衬来提高缸套的耐磨性。

Study on the friction and wear reduction technology of the drilling liner
Abstract As the scope of exploitation of global gasoline resources continues to expand, Oil and gas drilling technology extension towards to desert、wilderness、deep sea gradually. Deep and ultra deep constantly appeared, a large cylinder is frequently replaced to ensure that the requirements for drilling high pressure and strong wear. Heavy body work, high transport and storage costs have became a practical problem. People have put forward higher requirements of long service life of the drilling. How to improve the life of the cylinder liner has became an important research topic in the drilling technology. The success of antifriction liner wear technology can improve the life of cylinder liners; bring longer and more stable performance for mud, improve work efficiency, reducing the waste of resources and save manpower and transportation cost . This article is a study of antifriction and wear on cylinder liner. Analyzed of the cylinder and piston wear law through experimental measurements,and were discussed to increase wear resistance of liner. After compared previous methods used with the point of mine, finally we choose laser quenching processing cylinder liners to improve liner wear.
