凸轮轴物流及其关键工装改进设计
摘要
我的毕业设计课题为“凸轮轴物流及中心架的改进设计”。在这里所说的物流是说中
心架的改进设计要考虑到车间的物流体系,改进后的中心架要与物流相配套,以适应东风
公司的大好发展形式。东风公司发动机厂正在进行物流、现场管理的各项改进活动。他们
把中心架的改进设计归纳在了物流方面了。物流是以适应顾客需要为目的,对从产地到消
费地的原材料、半成品、成品和与之相关信息的专业保管进行有效的计划、执行、管理等
一系列的过程。物流的具体活动一般表现为运输、存储、包装、装卸、流通加工以及相关
的信息活动。对凸轮轴的加工工艺过程来说,凸轮轴夹具的好坏对整个生产过程的效率有
着深刻的影响。原有的夹具已不能满足生产需要,所以必须对其进行改进。我着重对原来
夹具的夹紧系统进行了改进,该手动夹紧装置为气动夹紧装置,并对一些细微环节进行改
进。改进后的夹具不但效率得到了提高,而且适应性更强。

The improving and designing for the key part in industry

Abstract
My graduation design task for " The improving and designing for the Camshaft logistics center
and the frame line " . Stand in the center of the logistics is said here to improve the logistics
system design should consider workshop , the improved center frame with logistics, so as to
adapt to the good development of dongfeng company form . Engine plant of dongfeng company
ongoing logistics , site management improvement activities . They reduce center frame design
improvements in the logistics.Logistics is to meet the need of customers for the purpose , from
the origin to the consumption of raw materials , semi-finished products , finished goods and
related information of professional care for effective planning , implementation , management
and so on a series of process .Logistics specific activities generally show the transport , storage ,
packaging , loading and unloading , circulation processing , and related information . For
processing technology course of the camshaft , the quality of the camshaft jig has deep influence
on the efficiency of the whole production process . The already existing jig can' t already meet
production's needs , so must improve it . I have focused on and improved the clamping system
of the original camshaft jig , should clamp manually in order to clamp pneumatically , and
improve some slight links . Improve jig after not only efficiency raise , but also adaptability
is stronger.
