3150KN通用液压机的主要工作参数如下:1.公称力:3150KN 2.主缸回程力:630KN 4.滑块最大行程:0.8m 6.空程下行速度:0.1m/s 7.工作速度:0.006-0.012m/s 8.回程速度:0.06 m/s 9.顶出速度:0.055m/s 10.退回速度:0.11m/s 本机适用于可塑性材料的压制工艺。它由主机及控制机构两大部分组成,通过管路及电气装置等组成。控制机构包括动力机构,上下限程装置,管路及电气箱等部分组成。其液压系统由能源转换装置(泵和油缸),能量调节装置(各种阀)一级能量输送装置(油箱,充液油箱,管路)等组成。本机器的工作压力,压制速度,空在快速下行和减速的行程范围均可根据工艺需要进行调整,并能完成顶出工艺,不带顶出工艺,拉伸工艺三种工艺方式。本机器主机呈长方形,外观新颖美观,动力系统采用了插装阀,结构简单,紧凑,动作灵敏可靠,并可实现调整,手动及半自动三种操作方式。

Abstract
The main job parameter of 3150KN general hydraulic machine is as follows:1.The nominal force:3150KN 2.Main cylinder journey force:630KN 3.The summit outs a summit lifts a hand to:630KN 4.Biggest stroke of travel in slide:0.8m 6.Lost motion bottom row velocity:0.1m/s 7.Working velocity:0.06m/s-0.01m/s 8.Return journey velocity:0.06m/s 9.The summit outs the partial velocity:0.055m/s 10.Return velocity:0.11m/s.The machine is suitable for the craft of suppressing of the plasticity material.It is made up of two major parts which are host computer and controlling organization,and forms a whole connectedly through the pipeline and lelctropneumatic device.The part of the host computer includes the fuselage,the main cylinder,the summit-out cylinder and the prefill device etc. to make up.Controlling orgaqnization include parts as power organization,upper and lower limit device,the pipeline and electric case,etc.to make up.Its hydraulic pressure system is made up of energy conversion apparatus(pump and actuator),the energy adjusts apparatus (every kind of valve) and energu transmissibility apparatus (reservoir,prefill reservoir,pipe line), etc. The working pressure of this machine,suppress the speed,the unloaded journey range that fall and moderate fast is adjusted according to the needs of craft .The machine can finish and carry and happen craft,without carry craft of publishing, draw the craft 3 kinds of craft ways.This machine’s host computer presents the rectangle, the appearance is novel and beautiful,the dynamical system has adopted the cartridge valve,of simple structure,compact,and it is reliable that movements are seensitive,and realize three kinds of operation modes that are adjusting,manual and semi-automatic.
