电控蜂窝煤成型机创新设计
摘要:通过创新设计,电控冲压式蜂窝煤成型机在原有的成型机基础上进行了改造,采用了双向分度槽轮,大幅度提高了机构运行精度,简化了整体机构。同时,考虑到机构的不兼容性,本设计采用了带轮、齿轮、槽轮、飞轮等传动机构配合使用,大大发挥了这几种机构的优点,提高了传动效率,减少了机构占地面积。并且为了提高工作效率和保护生产环境,该电控冲压式蜂窝煤机合理地装置了凸轮扫屑机构。

Innovation Design of Electronic Control Honeycomb Briquette Forming Machine
Abstract: Through innovative design, the electronic control honeycomb briquette forming machine designed in the design is transformed on the basis of original forming machine, using a two-way reference Geneva wheel, greatly improved the operation accuracy of the cam mechanism and simplified the whole mechanism. At the same time, taking the mechanism’s incompatibility into account, the design uses pulley, gear, geneva wheel, flywheel, combing with other institutions, which greatly plays theses mechanisms’ advantages,improves the transmission efficiency, reduces the mechanism’s site area . Moreover in order to improve work efficiency and protect the environment, the Electronic control honeycomb briquette forming machine reasonably installed a Cam- sweep crumbs institution.
