摘 要
本次毕业设计的主要任务是设计一台300米履带式液压水井钻机,钻孔口径为152-305mm。整个钻机的设计主要由动力头、钻架、底盘,履带行走机构和液压系统等部件的设计组成。与以往常见钻机相比,本次设计的300米潜水井钻机采用履带式液压驱动行走系统,行动更加灵活,更能适应潮湿等恶劣环境。动力头的主体结构也做了较大改动,延长了主轴使用寿命,动力头采用整体浮动结构形式,在接卸钻杆时有效的保护了接头螺纹,减少了钻杆的损坏。
本文所研究的主要是动力头部分设计。动力头部分也是整个钻机最重要的部分,而齿轮和主轴的设计又关系整个动力头的使用情况,故文中对齿轮和主轴进行了详细的校核计算,主轴末端的密封也是本设计的一个重点,主要体现在自紧密封圈的设计上。箱体采用钢板焊接方式制成,在满足使用要求的前提之下,还降低了制造成本。

Abstract
This graduation project primary mission is designs a 300 meter marching hydraulic pressure water well drilling machine, the drill hole caliber is 152-305mm.The entire drilling machine design mainly by the power head, the drill tower, the chassis, the caterpillar band walks part and so on organization and hydraulic system designs is composed. With formerly was common the drilling machine to compare, this design 300 meters dived the water well drilling machine to use the marching hydraulic pressure actuation undercarriage system, the motion are more flexible, could adapt and so on moistly the adverse circumstance. The power head main body structure also did modified greatly, lengthens the main axle service life, the power head has used the whole fluctuation structural style, when picked up and unload the drill rod the effective protection attachment thread, reduced the drill rod damage.
This article studies mainly is the power head part design. The power head part also is the entire drilling machine most important part, but the gear and the main axle design relates the entire power head the service condition, therefore in the article the counter gear and the main axle have carried on the detailed examination computation, the main axle terminal seal also are a this design key point, mainly manifests in from in the tight seal packing collar design. The box body uses the steel plate welding manner to make, in satisfies the operation requirements under the premise, but also reduced the production cost.
