摘 要
本毕业设计的课题为履带式300米潜水井钻机的研发设计。主要任务是孔径为108mm的履带式300米潜水井钻机的履带底盘设计和底盘的校核。重点进行了是钻机的履带底盘结构设计。
本文设计的300米潜水井钻机采用履带式液压驱动系统,双履带构成钻机的安装支点和基本框架。全液压驱动的控制回路,使其行走和转向机构设计简单、操作方便机构、性能可靠、安全系数较高,更加适用于潮湿等恶劣环境下的工作。
本文为对钻机整个履带底盘结构设计计算,包括履带支架梁的计算和履带底盘的计算。

ABSTRACT
The issue stems from the design graduates in Shandong Engineering Machinery Plant Lu coal by the crawler-diving 300 meters of research and development wells drilling rig design. The primary mission is the aperture is the 108mm marching 300 meters dives the water well drilling machine's caterpillar band chassis design and chassis's examination. Has carried on is drilling machine's caterpillar band chassis structural design with emphasis.
This article designs 300 meters dive the water well drilling machine to use the marching hydraulic pressure driving system, the double caterpillar band constitutes drilling machine's installment pivot and the bare bone. The entire hydraulic pressure actuation's control loop, causes it to walk is simple with the rotation gear design, the ease of operation organization, the perform reliably, the safety coefficient are high, even more is suitable for moistly and so on under the adverse circumstance work.
This article for to drilling machine entire caterpillar band chassis structural design computation, including caterpillar band supporting beam computation and caterpillar band chassis's computation.
