摘要

过滤，特别是压力过滤是当前陶瓷工业生产中将浆料脱水而得到含水分在18%—21%的塑性泥料的基本方法。压力过滤的专用设备是各种型号的压滤机，这里主要说明了Φ800厢式液压陶瓷压滤机。本文首先介绍了过滤原理，讲解了过滤的操作制度从而对陶瓷压滤机的作用有一个初步的了解，然后介绍了压滤机的结构概况、工作原理、辅助部分、压滤机的技术特性、安装使用方法、使用保养注意事项、常见故障及排除方法，最后介绍了压滤机优缺点及发展趋势。压滤机的结构概况、工作原理和动力部分是本文的介绍重点。

ABSTRACT

Filter , especially the pressure filter is a basic method that make the anticipate to dehydrate so that to get anticipate with the humidity about 18%--21% in today’s ceramics industry. The appropriation equipments of the pressure filter are various model the machine of pressure filter .In this text , it have introduced the principle of the filter , explained the operation system of the filter ,so that to have a first step of understanding of the machine of pressure filter , then , introduced the situation of structure , working principle , the parts of supporting , the characteristic of  technique , the method of install and operate , the regulation of maintain and using , the method of breaking down and expeling of the machine ,in the last ,introduced the merit ,shortcoming and development
