D3115柴油机机体顶面攻丝专用机床主轴箱设计
摘要:
组合机床是根据工件加工需要,以大量通用部件为基础,配以少量专用部件组成的一种高效专用机床,主轴箱是组合机床的重要专用部件。本设计中,根据加工示意图所确定的工件加工孔的数量、位置和切削用量,选定了主轴的类型,详细准确的设计了传动系统,并且对箱体结构,传动零件的选用,攻丝卡头,靠模装置,攻丝行程机构等做了说明。由于被加工零件孔数量较多,且间距小,排列分散,采用通常方案排箱无法实现14个孔的工序集中,因此在经过大量的设计计算之后,采用了立式单工位的加工方法,同时对14个孔进行攻丝加工,大大提高了生产效率,满足了生产要求。

Abstract:
Madular machine is according the workpiece process need, take many general parts as the foundation ,and go together with a little amount appropriation parts constitute a kind of efficiently appropriation machine tool. The spindle box is a important appropriation parts of the modular machine. In this design, according to the cavity’s quantity, position and chip dosage in the process sketch picture. We select the type of the spindle, detail and accurate design the fixture system. And illustrate for the box body structure, fixture parts choose, screw press, depend mold equip, screw trip mechanism. Because of the big quantity ,short distance and arrange dispersion of the cavity. Adopt usually project to line up the box can not consummate the 14 cavities’ work preface concentration. After through a great deal of design calculation, we adopt the stand type and one work step working method to screwing the 14 cavities at the same time. Raise the produce efficiency consumedly, and satisfiy the produce request.
