摘 要
本课题设计了一种出料粒度为15~20mm的立轴锤击式破碎机. 从而降低了生料和熟料的入磨粒度,实现磨前粉碎工艺以降低电耗。
立轴锤击式破碎机的破碎部分主要由锤击部分和反击部分两部分组成,锤击部分和反击部分;锤击部分由锤头架和活动锤头构成,反击部分由三层不同曲面的反击板构成。物料由进料口进入破碎腔,经过锤头的冲击、剪切、劈碎、折断,实现物料的中碎;锤击的物料冲击到安装在破碎腔内的反击板上,又经过物料与反击板、物料与物料的互相冲击,从而实现了物料的细碎。
本设计为综合传统的锤式破碎机、反击式破碎机与立轴式破碎机的一种组合型破碎机,它将以上三者的优点融于一体,从而实现物料粉碎的目的。

Abstract
This is the design of one produce material grain size for vertical axial hammer & impact machine,which dischange material size 15-20mm. Reduce raw material and grog feeding material size , is it crush craft with reduce cable dawdle before rubing to realize. This machine consists of two parts:hammer crusher and impact crusher. Thereinto, the hammer crusher of vertical scroll is hit partly the hammer hits partly and strikes back some; The hammer is hit and formed by hammer head shelf and activity hammer very beginning partly, strike back and is formed by reaction board in different curved surfaces of three floors partly. The raw material will be crusted firstly and impact between materials,material and impact plate etc.,In the crushing chamber,The supplies are material from feed inlet ,will be impacted , sheared , splitted to pieces by the hammer head, impact plate ; Supplies that hammer hit is it is it install reaction in broken at the board .
In the process of the design,the new structure is designed to break material.This design combines breaker in order to synthesize traditional hammer crusher and striking crusher.
