摘要:本文所设计分析的摆臂式升降工作平台,用于“高空作业”的设备维护,检修、安装等工作属于一种
小型的、能在特殊场合起到特殊用途的起重机。该设备具有回缩尺寸小、升降量、工作幅度大自由度高等特
点,非常适用于作业空间狭小、尺寸要求严格的工作环境,具有非常强的使用价值。针对特殊的工作空间和
技术要求,本文首先提出了三种解决方案,并对每种方案的特点进行了详细介绍,通过认真比对各套方案的
优缺点,确定了最终方案——多级剪叉式升降机。在总体方案基础上,进行了详细的结构设计。该升降机由
四个子模块组成,分别为摆臂机构、剪叉机构、回转机构和行走小车。本文详细阐述了各子模块的设计原则
、机构特点,并根据功率和工况进行了电机的选择。为了使设计更为可靠合理,还对关键部件进行了校核计
算。

The structure design of swing arm type elevating work platform

Abstract: in this paper, the design and analysis of the swing arm type elevating work platform,
used in the aerial work equipment maintenance, repair and installation work belongs to a kind
of small, can play a special purpose crane on special occasions. The device has a small size
retraction, lifting capacity, work range degree higher characteristic. And it is very suitable
for operation space which is narrow, in the strict size of the working environment has the very
strong use value. Aiming at special working space and technical requirements, this paper first
puts forward three kinds of solution, and the characteristics of each method are introduced in
detail, by carefully comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each package, determines the
final plan -- multistage scissors mechanism lifter. On the basis of overall scheme, carried on
the detailed structural design. The lift is composed of four sub modules, respectively for the
swing arm mechanism, scissors mechanism, slewing mechanism, and the walking car. This paper
expounds the design principle of each module in detail, organization characteristics, operating
mode and according to the power and the choice of the motor. In order to make a design more
reliable and reasonable, also check calculation of key components.
