摘 要
近年来国内外的恐怖活动常使用汽车炸弹式攻击、驾车非法闯入或非法劫持车辆等暴力手段。因此，加强重要场所抵御非法车辆冲击的能力和对可疑车辆进行快速、高效拦截是当前反恐防暴的重要课题之一。本设计水平弹性拦阻系统主要是用来拦阻违反规章制度的车辆，弹性拦阻系统是利用液压缸和蓄能器来实现的，液压缸使液压能转换成机械能，利用这种机械能来阻挡车辆的冲击，通过蓄能器吸收被拦截车辆的动能，并以一定的拦截力使车辆以较小的减速度在安全距离内相对缓慢地停止，从而保证车内人员的生命安全，避免对车辆本身及拦阻设备造成损坏，作为缓冲环节，同时蓄能器所储存的能量使系统还原初始状态。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, domestic and foreign terrorist activities often use car bomb attack, driving type illegally broken into or illegal hijacked vehicle violence . This design level elastic hindered system is mainly used tohindered violates the rules of the system vehicle, Elastic hindered system is the use of hydraulic cylinder and the accumulator to implementation, The hydraulic cylinder can make hydraulic convert into mechanical energy, use this to stop the vehicle impact of mechanical energy, the kinetic energy of intercept vehicles is absorbed through the accumulator, And with some force to intercept vehicle with smaller reducing speed in the relatively safe distance slowly stop, To ensure the safety of the car personnel life, To avoid the vehicle itself and hindered equipment damaged, as a buffer link, at the same time the stored energy of the accumulator restore initial condition.
