斗式提升机设计
[摘要] 该设计课题为斗式提升机设计。根据设计要求,要把物料垂直往上运输,速度为0.8m/s,运输量为128t/h。要求该机器操作简单方便、对现有问题的解决更具针对性, 为提高效率和降底成本,在安全可靠的前提下,设计为单人操作。
设计主要包括如下几个方方面的内容。(一)相关资料的查找(二) 相关初始数据的计算;(三)总体方案的拟定;(四)驱动轴的设计与计算(五)料斗的设计与计算(六)环链的设计与计算(七)链轮的设计与计算

ABSTRACT
[Abstract] This design task is to design a bucket elevator. According to the requirement of design task,we must rise materials vertically at the speed of 0.8 meter Per second, and it can transport materials 128 tons per hours. Basis already some prototype goes on improvement design and optimization design, it is convenient to make it operating and simple , the solution for existing problem is with more specific aim, to raise efficiency and reduce base cost, under safe reliable prerequisite, design is operated for single person.
Design includes the content of seven parts mainly.(1)the search of related materials(2) the related calculation of important initial data(3) overall scheme will decide: May the design of the compressor of movable type;(4) drive shaft design and calculation(5) hopper design and calculation(6) chain design and calculation(7) sprocket design and calculation.
