摘 要
我国是一个农业大国,人口很多,农民也很多!要实现我国的发展,农业必须要发展。要发展,就必须使用机械化生产。就玉米种植来说就有很多问题。因此,实现机械化育苗栽植,提高劳动生产率,是推广玉米育苗栽植技术,获得玉米高产,提高玉米生产经济效益的关键环节。
栽植机械是玉米育苗栽植技术的关键设备。所以必须选择好的机械,那样就能事半功倍!实践证明,玉米机械化育苗栽植是一项系统工程,必须将育苗技术、机械化栽植和田间管理三者结合起来,才能获得玉米稳产高产和较好的经济效益,在更大范围内推广应用玉米育苗栽植。此次秧苗移栽试验台的设计就是解决以上问题,完成一套适合于工厂育苗的秧盘播种系统,系统由育苗盘变速传动装置、播种装置、铺土装置、喷水及微机控制装置组成。此机械装置能在室内进行秧苗的机械育苗。通过在室内的育苗以及以后的移栽,就能提高产量,对我国农业的发展大有益处。

the Earth Equipment of Transplanting Test Device Design
ABSTRACT
Our country is a large agricultural country,there is a lot of population, there are a lot of population, there are a lot of peasants too! Should realize the development of our country, agriculture must develop, Develop must use and produce mechanizedly. Plants and says on the maize that there are a lot of questions.
So , realize that grows seedlings to plant , mechanizedly and raise labour productivity , popularize maize grow seedlings technology of plantings , obtain maize high yield , improve maize produce key link of economic benefits .
Plant machinery whether maize grow seedlings and plant key equipment of technology . So must select the machinery hard , can get twice the result with half the effort like that ! Practice has proved maize mechanized to grow seedlings and it plants to be one system engineering year , must grow seedings technology , mechanized to plant and conbine with field management three together year , could get maize giving stable high yields irrespective of deought or water logging and better economic benefits, want in big range popularize and apply maize grow seedlings and plant technology in year. Rice shoot this transplant design to test platform to solve problem the above. Finish one suited to seedling records of system of sowing that factory grow seedlings , system grow seedlings record change speed deive , sow device , spread soil device , spray water and computer control device make up . The machinery that this mechanical device can carry on the rice shoot indoors grows seedlings . Through growing seedlings and favorable to transplantation after so indoors , can improve the output , have much benefits to development of the agriculture of our country .
