ZL50装载机定轴式动力换挡变速箱设计
摘要
ZL50装载机的传动系中采用双涡轮液力变矩器,这种结构型式的变矩器在小传动比范围内具有较大的变矩系数和较高的效率。因此,能够改善装载机的作业效率。另外,装载机在轻载高速时,变矩器只有二级涡轮工作;在低速重载时,变矩器的一、二级涡轮同时工作,这样,变矩器在自身速度转换时,相当于两挡速度,并随外界负荷的变化自动变化,因此,可以减少变速箱的挡位数,简化变速箱的结构。基于这个原因,定轴式动力换挡变速箱只有三个前进挡,三个倒退挡。该变速箱具有结构简单,紧凑,刚性大,传动效率高,操纵轻便可靠,齿轮及摩擦片离合器寿命长等优点。

Abstract
ZL50loader power transmission system used in the double turbine torque converter, this structure type of converter in small drive is larger than the scope of the change pitch coefficient and high efficiency, which can improve the loader’s efficiency of operations. Moreover, when the loader in high-speed, torque converter has the second-level turbine wheel work; in heavy, the first-level and the second-level turbine wheel also works, like this, when torque converter changes own speeds, it is equal to have two speeds, and along with outside load change it automatic change its speed. Therefore, it may reduce the gear box’s speeds and simplifies gear box's structure. For this reason, the power shifts planetary gears the gearbox has only two forward and a setback stalls, which has the simple structure, compact, high transmission efficiency , simple to operation, gear and friction disk clutch life long ,and so on.
