摘 要
现代社会的各个领域已经逐步实现自动化,特别是生产领域,无论是轻工业还是重工业。作为与人们生活密切相关的药品、饮料等,它们的生产自动化的实现是一个迫切解决的问题。其生产过程包括很多步骤,其中,玻璃瓶的输送是一个重要步骤,如何解决输送问题是一个重要课题。
本毕业设计目的就是通过对全自动玻璃瓶输送机现状的分析,然后利用机电一体化技术,改进设计一台性能可靠、高速、全自动的玻璃瓶输送机,完全实现玻璃瓶由多排到单排的全自动输送,并为下一道玻璃瓶的灌装工序做准备。
该设计实现了玻璃瓶全自动化输送,提高了输送机的处理速度,解决了玻璃瓶的多排变为单排的转化问题,整个输送过程安全可靠,提高了整个流水线的生产能力。总之,对全自动玻璃瓶差速输送平台的设计运用,能显著提高玻璃瓶的输送效率,并且节约了人力资源,具有很高得经济性和市场竞争力。

ABSTRACT
Modern society's each domain already gradually realized the automation, specially realm of production, regardless of were the light industry or the heavy industry.same things close with our life,as drugs, the drink and so on, their production automation realization is an urgent solution question.Its production process including very many steps, among, the plastic bottle reorganization is an important step, how solves the principle bottle problem is an important topic.
This graduation project goal is the use integration of machinery technology, the improvement designs a performance reliably, high speed, the completely automatic plastic bottle principle bottle machine, realizes completely feeds, the automatic minute bottle automatically, reorganizes automatically the random posture plastic bottle the erect, the equal-space arrangement, and with conveyer belt seamless connection, realization automatic reorganization and transportation.
The present paper introduced with the principle bottle equipment related background knowledge, has analyzed the existing principle bottle machine principle of work, the mechanism and the control mode, the analysis, has studied the existing plastic bottle principle bottle machine deficiency, proposed the part improvement program, designs a complete principle bottle machine transmission structure assembly drawing, the partial detail drawings.The analysis takes care of the bottle machine control flow, has designed a set the principle bottle machine electricity control scheme which controls based on the PLC controller, completely realizes the principle bottle machine integration of machinery design.
