摘 要
随着我国煤炭、冶金矿山向大型化发展,以大型破碎站为关键设备的半连续开采工艺得到了广泛的应用。而
大型破碎站的主机设备一直依赖于欧、美发达国家的产品。因此,开发高效节能新型破碎设备、替代进口、
满足国内大型矿山的需要势在必行。
本设计介绍了双辊振动破碎机的工作原理和结构特点,我在进行细致观察后,对双辊振动破碎机的整体结构
进行了设计,尤其对设备传动系统的结构设计进行了选型、计算和校核。本双辊振动破碎机由破碎辊、调整
装置、振动装置、传动装置和机架等组成,在结构上具有紧凑、体积小、重量轻、外型美观、占地面积小等
特点,以往的破碎机普遍采用了挤压破碎和利用三角带来传动和调节辊筒之间的间隙,此次设计在此基础上
安装了两级同轴减速器输出,利用两辊筒转动时有一定得转速差来破碎材料,利用万向联轴器改变两辊筒间
隙,因此在性能上则具有维修费特低、安全性好、耗电量小、效率高、低速稳定性好、噪音低、操作可靠、
粉尘少等特点,并且它运行成本低廉,排料粒度大小可调。

ABSTRACT
With the development trend of Chinese coal and metal mine towards the upsizing, the half
continuous mining technology featuring a large-scale crushing station as the key equipment has
been used widely. Considering the main machine of the large-scale crushing station always
depend on products from the developed countries such as European counties and USA, it is
imperative to develop a new high-efficiency and energy saving crushing equipment to substitute
imported equipment and meet the needs for the domestic large-scale mine.
Characteristic designing operating principle and structure having introduced that pair of
rollers shake a crusher's originally, I have observed the queen in being in progress
meticulously , the entirety structure shaking a crusher has carried out design on pair of
rollers , especially, systematic physical design has carried out the selections type on
equipment drive , have secretly schemed against and school core. Pair of rollers shake a
crusher originally on structure being composed of breaking a roller to pieces , adjusting the
device , vibrator , actuator and chassis and so on, have compact, volume is small , weight is
light , the exterior is beautiful , Zhan field area waits for a characteristic for a short time
,The crusher in the past has adopt squeezing to break to pieces and make use of a triangle to
bring along drive and to adjust the gap between the roller commonly , the coaxial two-stage
reduction gear designing that the basis has mounted installation here this time has outputed ,
has made use of two rollers to turn be so certain that the rotation rate dispatches coming
occasionally broken material , made use of a universal coupling to change two rollers gaps ,
been that security is good , power consumption is minor , the stability is good , noise is low
, operation is reliable , dust stops waiting for a characteristic efficient , low speed very
low therefore on the function have maintenance cost, Its working cost is cheap and , expects
that size size is adjustable row.
