摘 要
塔式起重机是一种塔身竖立而起重臂回转的起重机械,。它具有适用范围广,回转半径大,起升高度较高、效率高、操作简便,安装和拆卸较为方便等特点。目前在我国建筑安装工程中已得到广泛应用,特别是在高层工业和民用建筑中,已成为一种必不可少的施工机械。我对QTZ塔式起重机方面的书籍进行参考和了解,结合已学专业基础知识,理解融合,并运用Matlab对变幅机构进行仿真模拟设计,对工作装置进行参数优化。变幅机构设计:1)建立变幅机构的数学模型;2)选用约束优化方法中的二次序列规划法进行设计优化;3)编写Matlab计算机程序;4)准备必要的工作机构的设计初始数据并上机计算;5)最后对计算机求得的结果进行必要的结构强度、精度分析,最终完成本课题的研究

The Design of QTZ25 Crane Luffer
Abstract
Tower crane is a kind of hoisting machinery whose tower body stands up and gibbet revolves.It has some particular:wide applicability,large radius of gyration,higher lifting altitude,high efficiency,handy operation and more convenient removal.At present,it had been used extensively in construction field engineering,especially in higher level industry and civilian construction,it became a kind of requisite construction machinery.I consulted and learned about some books on tower crane,combined some background elementary knowledge about the speciality,and proceed analogue simulation to luffer with Matlab. The design of luffer:1) establish luffer's mathematical model;2) attach the quadric sequence method of planning of constrained optimization for design optimization;3) write computer program;4) prepare necessary primary data of operating mechanism's designing and count with computer;5) Inspect the strength of structure and analyze precision which came from the outcome,at last finish the research design of this topic.
