内容摘要
连杆属典型零件,目前国内外都有很成熟的加工工艺规程,但针对不同批量和不同的加工设备条件,工艺规程有所不同。美国赛车连杆的杆身横截面工字型方向与普通连杆不同,此外它的每一个面都要求加工,这使得它比普通连杆更难加工。本工艺规程针对该连杆本身的特点和现有的加工条件,包括连杆的生产批量,工厂的加工设备等来设计其加工工艺规程。主要内容包括毛坯定案、基准选择、工序尺寸计算、加工设备选择、切削用量确定等。

ABSTRCT
The connecting rod is a typical part. There are many mature machining technics at home and abroad currently. The body of the connecting rod of the United States races car has a different exposure of the I -shaped to the common connecting rods. In addition its each face request to process, this make it more difficult be processed than those common connecting rods to be done. To preferring the characteristics of he connecting rod of the United States races car and the condition of the machining etc, this craft rules are well designed. The main contents includes the semi-finished product to settle case, the basis choice, the work preface size computing, the machining equipments choice and the slices dosage assurance etc.
