摘要
通过这项研制工作改变了过去同类设备大多依赖进口的局面,可节约大量的购置资金和维修费用,对提高国内抽油杆感应淬火水平具有很大意义。
抽油杆是连接抽油机和抽油泵的传动装置,通过往复运动抽取石油。由于抽油杆自重作用,上部抽油杆承受拉-拉循环载荷,引起表面裂痕扩展,导致疲劳断裂。从文献可知,材料通过热处理可提高疲劳寿命和强度。对于抽油杆,表面的残余压应力与疲劳寿命有关。针对抽油杆的结构特点及热处理工艺的特殊性,研制了ZZJS四杆中频淬火机床。实践证明,它具有如下优点:工件淬硬区层深和硬度分布均匀,淬火变形小,油孔开裂倾向小,能大大减少微裂纹的产生,淬火过程中抽油杆弯曲变形较小。目前,四杆中频淬火机床在山东滨州石油机械公司投入使用,已生产出合格产品,符合美国石油协会API标准,使用效果良好。

In view of oil extraction rod unique feature and heat treatment craft particularity, Has developed the ZZJS four pole intermediate frequency quenching engine bed. The practice proved. It has the following merit: The work piece hard area level depth and degree of hardness distribution are even, Quenching distorts slightly. The oil hole dehiscence favors slightly. Can reduce the micro crack greatly the production. In the quenching process the oil extraction rod bending strain is small. The product conforms to the American Petroleum Association API standard.
