莲子脱壳机设计

摘 要:现行的莲子脱壳技术效率太低也不太科学,还远不能满足市场的需求,所以这项新技术的出现,是非常有意义的。从古至今,人们为剥莲子这个难题困扰了几千年。一直以来人们靠人工剥,或者是最简单的工具,相当费工费力。莲子脱壳机的诞生,是手工剥莲子向机械剥莲子转变的一个伟大的发明。它能使莲子多产区的农民增加收入,降低劳动强度,还可将剥壳后外形美观的莲肉制成莲子食品,同时也能将剥壳所产生的碎壳加工成饲料中的骨粉和高纯度碳化钙。莲子脱壳机将为这一切带来方便。本设计中采用刀具切割、辊轴搓压的方式达到壳仁分离的目的,运用辊轴带动送料带进行送料,使用齿轮进行各轴之间的传动。本设计工作原理清晰明确,结构简单紧凑,有一定的实用价值。

Design of Sheller for Lotus Seed

Abstract:The current shelling technology for lotus seed is low efficency and not reasonable.It can’t meet the requirements of the markets.So the emergence of this new technology is very significant.From ancient times, people are troubled by this problem about shelling lotus seeds for thousands of years.People have been shelled the lotus seeds by manual manufacture or the most simple tools and these cost much time and labor.The birth of the sheller for lotus seeds is a great invention that from the hand-shelling to the machine-shelling.It can make the farmers who live in the place where have many lotus seeds increase revenue and reduce labor intensity.It can make the beautiful lotus seeds after shelling to be the lotus seeds food and process peel after shelling into the animal feed and High-purity calcium carbide.The sheller will take the convenient for this everything.It use the cut with cutter and twist – press with roller to make the peel and pulp separate and the roller to drive the feeding belt,and it use gear wheel to drive among the rollers.The design has the clear and definite working principle and the easy composition ,and some practical value.
