本文主要介绍了X62W型卧式拖拉机拨叉铣专机的性能参数、结构原理,带轮、弹簧夹头的设计计算,刀具的选择和使用,电机的选择以及使用,零件的加工工艺过程以及各种标准件的选择。X62W型卧式拖拉机拨叉铣专机是一台半自动卧式铣专机,它是以现役的X62W型卧式铣床为基础设计出的新型半自动卧式铣拨叉专机。工件以其主轴孔定位,定位心轴置于圆盘工作台上,圆盘工作台主轴呈卧式安置;它的工作过程是:人工上料——自动定位——自动夹紧——自动铣削,铣毕自动松开工件后由操作者取下。 这种专机工作它可以克服现有X62W型卧式铣床工人劳动强度大,生产率低等缺点。X62W型卧式拖拉机拨叉铣专机的工作节拍为每分钟20件,并且具有工作安全、可靠,结构紧凑,运行平稳,产品质量稳定,操作维护简单等多种优点。改造后的X62W型卧式拖拉机拨叉铣专机在生产实践中将会得到有效的应用,而且会取得了良好的效果,在满足生产急需的前提下为企业创造了显著的经济效益。
