摘 要:本文是在充分调查掌握清淤机工作原理的基础上,结合当前国内外清淤机的发展和常德地区地理条件及工作环境,提出适用于农村地区的绞吸式清淤机。阐述了绞吸式清淤机总体设计的内容,其主要内容包括整体结构设计、绞吸式的工作原理、船壳的设计、传动系统的设计、泥浆泵的选型、动力选择、绞吸头的设计及绞笼轴的设计与校核。对其整台机器的生产成本及推广效应做了经济分析和可行性分析。设计中注重实际,在动力机的选择上采用其设计结构合理,刚性大,油耗低,同时还有结构紧凑,造价低,便于安装等优点。研制出来的绞吸式清淤机操作方便,设计结构合理,不仅带来很大的社会效益,同时带来了很大的经济效益。
